| Just a short CLAMP mention in today's ICv2 interview with Dark Horse CEO, Mike Richardson. ( Click for full article). A.......We were attempting to work with the creators, which is the same way we’ve attempted to work in the past in the United States. That’s what I mean when I say we were trying to be creator-specific as opposed to genre-specific with regard to the shojo.
As far as the coming year we’ll probably be more in that area then we’ve ever been because we’ve made a deal with Clamp, probably the premier manga and anime group in Japan, the group of women who create these books that are the basis for so much animation and so much printed content.Q: You’re doing some omnibuses, right? And you have an art book coming out? A.Yeah, we’re doing omnibuses, we have a variety of projects coming from them and we have some surprises coming in. | |

| Here at my journal you can find the translation of Clamp's comments about each picture that has been featured in the latest Album de Reproductions. Feel free to have a look. <3 ( I know that there was to be no more separate posts about the TRC stuff they published in November, but I figured it was rather difficult to find my link in a comment to one of the older previous entries, so I decided to post it here like that. Sorry about that. ^^' ) | |

| **FINAL EDIT Thu Dec 10 02:15:47 UTC 2009** So there is the final update... Over the past day we have processed around 11 million jobs out of the 12 million that were in queue at that time. Please bear in mind that over this past day, more jobs for notifications are also created. So while the queue has been dropping, we are still not fully caught up at this point, due to backlog and new jobs. We have roughly 3 million jobs still pending that involve the notification system in some manner. We had hoped we could have fully cleared the queue in a day, but unfortunately we can't clear it too quickly, since we need the rest of the site to operate normally. From our current perspective on the amount of jobs that are left in queue, and how many it has processed thus far, we believe it will take around another 8 - 12 hours to process everything. And finally some answers to some questions: ( Read More and Get Some Answers... ) | |
